Drumond Park Pumpazing Review

Drumond Park was the very first company who trusted me to do a review for them when I was first on the blogging scene and for this, I will always have a soft spot for Drumond Park. However this does not effect this review in any single way. Drumond Park very kindly offered us a Pumpazing for review during my Christmas feature and it has brought so many giggles to our household, not just with Spud but with my next door neighbours children too, who I shall call K and KK on the blog.

Inside the bright and colourful box you get Zingy, four coloured Zingers, 12 Zingy cards and a instruction sheet. The game requires 3 x AAA batteries, its suitable for ages 4+ and for 2 or more players. The aim of the game is to be the last one with any Zingy cards or the simplified version is to be the one last player who hasn't had a Zingy head fly off.

Each player has to take it in turns to pump Zingy's arms in and out as fast as they can until Zingy shoots out one of the Zingy heads, if Zingy shouts zing or boing the player is safe, however if Zingy shouts Uh Oh the player loses a card, in the simplified version if Zingy shouts Uh Oh the player is out of the game. The player left with a Zinger card is the winner, in the simplified version, the player who is left in the game is the winner.

The kids loved this game but me being the reviewing adult watching eagerly was concerned at how quickly the Zinger heads fly out of Zingy, no body got hurt, but the Zingers do fly around the room and there was near misses with the children getting hit. Overall though it was a real hit with the children, and as the game is a children's game, maybe I am just being a panicky Mum!

Drumond Park's Pumpazing is available to buy with a suggested RRP of £19.99 from Toys R Us, Amazon, Smyths, Asda, Play, House of Fraser and many more places.

For more information on Pumpazing or any other products from Drumond Park visit their official website here, find them on Facebook here or follow them on Twitter here.

Until next time,
